You can open a new NBK Brokerage - US account through one of the following methods:

• Visit the nearest NBK Branch
• Fill the account opening form and sign it with the registered signature as per NBK records then submit it through the nearest NBK Branch with a copy of your identification documents

• Open a NBK Brokerage - US account
• Minimum to open online trading account is USD 25,000
• Online Trading
• A minimum commission of USD 24.95 per transaction
• USD 0.03 per share for shares below USD 10 (subject to minimum commission as stated above)
• 25 basis points of the transaction value for shares at USD 10 and above (subject to the minimum commission as stated above)
• 4% of the principal amount of USD 24.95 whichever is greater for penny stocks (below USD 1)
• Telephone Trading
• No additional change
• Option Trading
• USD 30 per trade plus USD 2 per contract
• Mandatory Reorganization Fees
• USD 10 per event
• Cash Transfer
• USD 20 for each money transfer from the Brokerage account to the Bank account
• Dormant Account
• USD 30 annual fees for accounts with no activity for a period of one year
